Customer Success Specialist

Responsible to assist customers with general enquiries and handle complaints; support clients with technical and trouble

職責 / Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, retrieve voicemails & make follow-up calls to customers
  • Handle and resolve customer queries and requests via phone and email on products and services in a professional manner with tactful customer service skills
  • Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
  • Provide support to management and recommend productivity/service improvements
  • Complete customer requests via non-call channels including email and other systems within a designated time frame
  • Answer inquiries, resolve & escalate feedback appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records on all orders, inquiries & customer feedback cases
  • Any other ad hoc projects and job tasks as assigned by the supervisor

資歷 / Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in all disciplines
  • Excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills
  • Mature and pleasant personality
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customers
  • Experience in Customer Success/Service is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficient in Cantonese for this position is required
