Operations & Analytics Intern
Operations & Analytics (Intern) will have a chance to participate in our day-to-day operations, such as performing qualitative and quantitative analysis on customers behavior, optimizing operational flow to help us onboard new clients.
職責 / Job Responsibilities
- Optimize internal operational procedures
- Participate in the development process of our data analytics platform
- Participate in all stages of data life cycle
- Automate all manual procedures that can be automated, by using VBA/Google Apps Script macros
- Any other ad-hoc tasks related to operations and analytics
資歷 / Job Requirements
- Undergraduate student in Business Intelligence / Operations Management / Statistics / Information Systems / Computer Science or Equivalent
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheet formula
- Experience and knowledge in the following skills will be an advantage (not mandatory):
- VBA, Google Apps Script, MySQL or any other similar RDBMS
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written/spoken Chinese and English
- Ability to work under fast-paced environment
- A good team player, independent, responsible, and has strong desire to learn and understand new technologies
